Whozin is a great free email net service with IMAP access, useful features, one of the best web-based email interfaces and few ads.

While you think ‘where can I find a better provider than my email now?” The answer lies here. Free email services are great, but they often come at the price of tons of ads crowding a slow-loading and inflexible web-based interface.

Not so with Whozin. Whozin shows keeps ads at bay, and you get IMAP access from any desktop email client that adds to the goodness of the spacious online mailbox size of free Whozin accounts.

But try the web-based access and you’ll fall in love with its flexibility and power, too. The message editor can even re-format replies properly and includes a feature-full HTML editor for rich emails as well. You can now send email at ease and be free of any web based troubles!

It’s easy, for example, to move mail to folders in Whozin or to add a label: all it takes is dragging and dropping. Not only can you set up labels freely and apply them to messages swiftly, you can also include them in its clever search folders together with other attributes (including size, date, subject and sender).

It is also a welcome and particularly useful change from other web-based accounts that Whozin allows you to put any email address in the From: line of your messages.

When you read emails in Whozin, you can choose different views — plain text, HTML, a print view or the raw source —, but even with the rich formats, it protects your privacy and does not automatically download remote images.

Whozin’s filtering interface may look insignificant at first, but it is quite sensible and versatile. Basic spam and virus protection is in place, but free Whozin email account also sports a personally trainable junk mail filter for even more accuracy.
